2 birds on the 22.5 Weber kettle performer


 
Great looking cook! Also inspiring, been thinking about cooking a whole chicken but worried it wouldn't be enough food to feed my family. Never thought about doing 2 at the same time.

You’re kidding right? Never thought about doing two? A straight roasting you can fit three easily. Basic indirect method split baskets, three birds right up the middle.

Nope... completely serious! Though to be fair, the last time I cooked a whole bird that wasn't a turkey I was still cooking for just me and the wife. The kids either weren't around yet or too young to appreciate good food.
