1st time using B&B briqs, pulled pork


 
Nice cook Bob! I cooked a pork but this past weekend as well. I tried Malcom Reed's Killer Hogs rub on it and was a little disappointed - too sweet for my tastes, I'll use it all up but will probably doctor it up with some more garlic powder and a little Cayenne.

I have a bag of Jealous Devil oversized briqs in my garage..... I'll load up the WSM with those babies when I start running low on the KF Competition and do a little right up.
