today i smoked my first brisket, i had a little trouble with the thermometers at first but after a couple of hours, everything evened out and here is the final outcome. I was very happy with the way it turned out. Brisket came out fantastic!! it wasn't dry at all!! the method i used was the one that's posted on the virtual weber bullet. the regular way. the only thing i did add was a mop which was based on the bbq pitboyz site.

seasoned with worchestershire and montreal steak seasoning on thursday.

had a little trouble with my temp probes in the beginning but mr. d. pannell guided me through it,

brisket was mopped every hour with a mop of beer, b.sugar, salt, apple cider vinegar mixture. then foiled at 165. when it reached 170ish, i took it inside and put in a 300 degree oven until it reached 202. here is the finished product

sorry no plated pics bc it never fails, i got a phone call and you know the rest.

have an awesome weekend!

Very well done sir. Looks moist and tender!

I recommend writing down everything you did so you can remember what you did. Keeping a log will help you replicate what went right and what went wrong so you can fix it next time.
