thanks yall. btw the side-show ribeye turned out just as good. i used oakridge santa maria on it, i saw some of yall on here using it so i ordered the sampler pack. good stuff.

John. it weighed a little over 5.5lbs
Brian. a local market runs specials on tbones several times a year. I got cracked-out last year and did a few at 2", then a few at 3", then this was my second 4"-er
Paul. fed 5, plus some leftover for Monday Night Football steak nachos
Chris. exactly - its an occasion. with a meal at the end

don't lift the lid...
 
Holy cow thats an awesome looking cut of beef. I'd gladly dive in and attempt to tackle that bad boy. Looks great.
