1st Lamb in a Long time

...used PLUM wood for a little smoke flavour...

first lamb I've had in about a year... liz doesn't eet it, so i'm on my own when I grill it...

I have only had lamb once and I swore it off for the rest of my life after eating it. That being said looking at yours I think i'd give those a go. They look a ton better than the ones that a Sandals resort in Jamaica served me. It was smothered in a green mint jelly goop.
 
When the Mrs. Doesn't want lamb I don't mind taking her seat at the table! Lamb looks tasty, thanks for sharing Jim
 
I am not a lamb eater either Jim, but would definitely give that beautiful plate of goodness a try!
