First time I have used the rotisserie with a turkey. First time brining just salt and water.

Turned out really juicy and tasty.

Not on the grill but started out with overnight cinnamon buns.

Finished turkey

Dinner Table

Leftover carcass, which I use to make stock overnight in a 200 degree oven.

Very nice looking turkey, spread and cinnamon rolls!!! From the looks of that last pic the turkey was a hit!!

Very nice looking bird and by the looks of the table a great meal was had by all! Looking at the last pic you did a great job on the bird.

Picture perfect bird! How long did it take and at what temp? Did you leave the lid off the whole time?

Todd, I would say it took 3 to 3.5 hours. I pulled the bird off when the thigh and breast were between 165 and 170. Not sure what temp the grill was. I just filled up the char baskets with ashed over charcoal placed the cover on and let it cook. I checked the bird every hour or so. Had to put new charcoal in at about 2.5 hours. The lid was on the whole time.

Sold! I've been thinking about getting one. Thanks Sal
