14.5 got moldy, and new BBQ Joint at my house!

I went to use my 14.5 this weekend and when I opened it I found mold inside it. It looks like it had gotten wet inside and grew some mold. I scrapped it all out and then heated it up, hot.

I did 4 racks of ribs Saturday and everyone lived!

There is a new BBQ place at my house! On my HO train layout I took "Deuce's Bikeshop" and redid it to "Deuce's BBQ" I will be adding some offset smokers and WSM's!

The wife got upset that I had the pork and beef as really fresh!

Mine got some water in it and got moldy once, but it all burns out and cleans up pretty easy. Interesting placement of the almost BBQ read pork and beef.

That's not mold.... It's "experience".

Sunlight kills mold, so I presume heat will to.

That's some handy crafting you did there! Wouldn't it be better to gut the animals and hang them from their hind feet, lol?
