$10 for a bag of charcoal


 
My wife was going to our local Davids store so I asked her to pick up their Parade 20lb bag of charcoal for $5.99. She got 2 9lbs bags of Royal Oak at $3.29 each. It's a better charcoal but it was more than I wanted to pay for just grilling. Walmart had 2 15lb bags of Kingsford for $9.00 which would have been cheaper for my smoking.
 
Just ran down on my lunch hour and picked up 4 bags of Rancher charcoal at Home Depot for $2.99 a bag. I'm running out of room to store this stuff.

I am always on the lookout for a new brand of lump. Lasst year I went into a true value that I didn't even know was near me. They had a bag of lump. I don't remember the name. Naked wiz didn't have a review. The kicker was they wanted $12, it was a 10 # bag. I passed on that deal.
