1 Ribeye, 1 Rump, 1 Performer and some fun

Hi Folks

started out by rubbing the steaks with Olive Oil, Rosemary and garlic


then lit the Performer and dropped somrosemary on the coals - just for the smell of it (still nice and light here)


then we had a disaster in the house - the hot water tank upstairs sprung a leak - and water started dripping through the ceiling downstairs!
called for help and all resolved now (but the ceiling will need some work repairing)

therefore it was dark by the time we started grilling


but the steaks came out nice and juicy as always - one rump steak exactly the same size as a charcoal basket!


then we had some marshmallows over the coals and I started playing around...the big camera came out and this is what we got...
