1/2 hour meal

my wife came home on friday and had to go the mall. she wanted a dinner but real, real fast. fine. get ready for sparky's home made 1/2 hour fajitas.

fired up the 26 and away we go. onions on cast iron w/ one piece of cut up bacon.

cut up some more veges in the pan.

had some thin sliced beef i used some fajitas rub on. flash fired (hot).

thru some tortillas down in alum foil to heat up.

and Waa Laa! sparky's 1/2 hour fajitas w/ homemade guac and red mustard on top.

i must say they were very good and once the wife and daughter leave after their one i had 2 more. hehe.....
