For some reason ribs on the Rib-O-Lator cook fast? The racks were on for another 1hr. I should have pulled the BB's when I took this video @ the 2.5 hr mark. Dustin Dorsey TVWBB Hall of Fame Jul 25, 2019 #5 It's most likely because the bones were separate that they cooked fast. Crust on all sides is probably a good thing.
