At the encouragement of TVWBB friends (enemies?) I took another one for the team.
As soon as I pulled up I could smell smoke in the air................coming from the Boy Scout bbq across the street.
The $1.79 slider:
They say it's smoked beef brisket, tangy Bulls-eye bbq sauce, and crispy onions.
The onions were with the sauce and not so crispy.
First I'll say Franklin doesn't need to lose any sleep, but.........
It wasn't too bad, there was smoke flavor, maybe only from the sauce, or both.
Sliced thin enough that it was tender, not dried out.
Compared to their veggie burger from a few years back it was great!
I'll give it two Tums up!
