My 1st At Hanging Ribs

Hi All After having the Weber Hanging Rack for about 1 year, I finally got around to using it to hang 2 racks of ribs. Ribs came out pretty tasty 275* for about 4 hrs then 1/2 on the grate 1/2 lump 1/2 Stubbs 4 chunks of apple wood. Reheated the ribs a day later still tasted good. Will hang again!

Man, ribs keep great. I always cook extra racks and cut them up and freeze them and vacuum seal. I can thaw out a portion of a rack in 3 minutes in the microwave from frozen solid and it's hot and it's great to eat any time.

Pulled pork does the same. Literally takes 3 minutes to thaw out of pound of cooked pulled pork frozen solid in a vacuum-sealed bag.
