Hello All,
Just getting into the smoking meats arena and found y'all! I've had my trusty Weber Kettle and Smokey Joe for years to satisfy my basic backyard grilling needs, now I want to try my hand at smoking.
I have my first smoker, an offset smoker (hopefully I won't be chastised too much for not being a Weber. One of those deals I just could not pass up.) I just ordered my HeaterMeter V4.2.4 Kit from the HeaterMeter Store (I had an R-Pi Zero W on hand) and looking forward to putting it together and put it to use. Now also looking to add the Roto Damper RD3 as well (Ralph if you see this, trying to figure out how to purchase one of those as well.)
Reading through several of the forum posts and threads I'm impressed with the helpfulness of the members, hopefully I will one day be able to contribute as well.
Blessings to all!
Sandy
