Fun was had, wings were good, but the injected Turkey dummies stole the show.
 
You can't beat Turkey Drums. I cook mine in my WSM. Not indirect, and I try to maintain about 325 - simply wonderful
 
do you know what they were injected with? Some chicken pieces showed up here a couple weeks ago that had been marinating overnight in some home hot sauce (tasted like Franks Redhot)..... they were great. Turkey drums are good.....think I glanced at some at the store earlier today
