Hi All! My name is Matt, and I have been lurking here since I bought my 18.5" cooker in May. I've been having a blast putting it to work, even in the cold eastern Washington winter. I had a blast smoking a brisket in 20* weather a couple of weeks ago. Looking forward to interacting with all of you and getting some more tips.
 
Thanks guys. Pat, I hope your parents are handling the weather alright. We're having a pretty nasty winter up here.
