Rubbed the trout with about 2T of walkerswood Jerk paste (too much!), all 3 burners on low for 30-40 minutes.
I know this is in the healthy grilling forum and the salad might get it thrown out of here. That's almost a head of red leaf lettuce, a bunch of bagged real bacon pieces I nuked to render/make crispier, Kalamata olives, black pepper, & blue cheese dressing.
And here's a bonus if you made it this far... last night's dinner - cheese burger with a roasted pasilla pepper
