I hadn't had a chance to cook since smoke day so here is my contribution.

Started out with a gorgeous morning for a cook!

Ribs all glazed with some bbq sauce. Did a few ribs with rub only.

Did some red skinned mashed potatoes on a cedar plank on the kettle.

good looking plate , there , brother! I like the idea of doing the mash on the grill like that....looks cool. ribs beans and taters . mmmmm-mmmm good!:wsm:

and the photo of the sky over the smoker....that's art , brother.
 
Ribs look great and the mashed taters on a cedar plank is a great idea. I'll have to try that one myself.
