This is a brisket I smoked a couple weekends ago.

First pic brisket rubbed down prior to going on WSM. Next pick is while slicing up.

I think brisket is my favorite meat to smoke.

I can't see the pics, but I love Texas BBQ Brisket Rub. Just bought some more myself. The original rub is also great on brisket IMO.

I saw the pics earlier today at work, it looked great!!!! Don't know why they are not showing up now. Nice Brisky!

Looks awesome(now that i can se the pics!) nice of ya to put the apple for thesize comparison. But how big was the apple? :D
