This is a brisket I smoked a couple weekends ago.

First pic brisket rubbed down prior to going on WSM. Next pick is while slicing up.

I think brisket is my favorite meat to smoke.

TexasBbqRub brisket rub. I bought a five pound bag. Very good.

I can't see the pics, but I love Texas BBQ Brisket Rub. Just bought some more myself. The original rub is also great on brisket IMO.
