Working my way through gary Wiviott's wonderful book - "Low and Slow" learning to use my WSM. Did baby back ribs in honour of World Smoke day.
Results were yummy!

Yeah if your going to keep posting you'll have to work on that. The veggies are out of focus.

Ribs look great though.
 
They just didn't look quite 'perfect'....You need to smoke more today, tomorrow, the next, etc. until you get it right....
