Just wondering if any one has had any luck making turkey gravy from the drippings that fall into the water pan?
I was planning on running the WSM Hot (325-350) and not using any smoke wood or water in the pan.
I might put a cup or two of water in the pan so the drippings won't burn. Then take the drippings to the stove top and make gravy the traditional way.
Think it will work?
Happy Thanksgiving from Canada.
(Hey, You don't have to twist my arm to take the day off work, fire up the WSM, drink beer and watch football)
