    thanks! its working great 2 racks of st louis ribs rubbed with kc rub (homeade) my first ribs! so far so good... 1.5 hours into the smoke in maverick shows 235 - 240

    I just got the Maverick 732 and installed a lamp pipe mod…it is very sweet…Maverick is awesome…I have the 22.5 WSM humming along between 280 and 300 degrees. I didn't use a water pan this time just to see the difference from using water the first smoke. I will pull the chickens off at 163...
