    Costco says you can Smoke Your Own Salmon!

    Chris, Are they advocating cold smoking or is (more likely) a hot smoke for the salmon? Last Xmas, I got a Weber smoking unit for cold smoking salmon--European model--but I've read so much conflicting advice since then on its safety.

    Apparel?

    Thanks, Kevin. I'm a medium, Kevin. I had a heart attack two years ago and since slimmed down from an extra large to medium. I grill and bbq a lot healthier now, so I still keep my nine Weber grills busy! (BTW, it's freezing on Smoke Day here in the Northeast; wish I had a jacket! )
