I tried the Duraflame natureal Bruqa once in my Chargiller with side box before I got the WSM. It was the only time I had ash choke out my fire. It produced more ash than regular K. I won't use it again.

I was suprised to see a couple of the 22.5" on the floor of my local Ace hardware stores. If you have any in your area you might check them.

What size saucer did you get? I am getting rid of the water pan in my new 18.5". It is just too deep and touches the charcoal when I use a full ring.

Yes I have seen his video review also. I just haven't heard of any one using it and was wondering how they like it and how it affects the cook.

I always used a plate to fan the coals. Less expensive and you can use the plate to eat off of.

Did you check the weber thermometer to see if it is accurate? It is easy to do. Just unscrew the wingnut and hold the probe of the thermometer in boiling water. I did that with mine and it read right between 210* and 215*. I think that it might be better to compare the temp at the grate and...
