Well I tried corky's and hillbilly's ribs. Corky's was alright but not to much of a smokey flavor at all. Hillbilly's was much better. Really smokey and alot of flavor. Could have been a little more tender but that didnt affect the overall experience at all. Their pulled pork was also far better...
