well i'm doing two new things today , this is my first post here and more important is it's the first time doing three butts ( 28lbs ) on the WSM at one time . i put them on around 6:30 this morning and it should be a long day i'm sure . reg

hello everyone i'm just new to this board and thought i'd pop in and say hi . i picked up my WSM last Sept and have had some great fun with it . not use to the burn times and temp controls that you can get with this cooker compared with my old ecb . anyway i'll be checking in often . reg
