    My name may not be Dan, but I love tri-tip. My only problem is that I am now in the (evidently) tri-tip free zone of the southeast. NW Florida, to be exact. I am REALLY hoping that someone here can tell me that it isn't so...please tell me that I just don't know where to look around here...

    Foiling your water pan

    Seriously. What should pork ribs smell like? I mean the cryovac (sp?) ribs, not completely fresh (I don't have much of an option). I took a rack of BB ribs out of the freezer to thaw this morning to cook tonight, but when I opened the pack (after thawing) it reeked. I know it isn't supposed...
