We finally got some nice weather here in Canada today(-10). Thought I better get the 22” WSM going. Cooked a stuffed pork loin with chicken breast inside. Cooked for 3 hrs at 280*. Added apple wood chunks as well.

Hey guys. What’s everyone doing to clean your gas grill after your done cooking? I keep the heat on high so I can use a wire brush and clean the racks then wipe off the nobs and outside down with a warm dish cloth.

If I’m doing a whole chicken on the Weber I always do a wet brine for 24 hrs. They always come out juicy and salty.

Ok sounds good. Where is the best place to order parts? Weber? Or somewhere else. What do I need? 4 burner for natural gas and something for the side burner?
