Where exactly do I get casings. Do I just twist them until they snap every 8-10inches or so to get them in links or is there other ways?

I really like lump .. and yes while the cost is higher per pound lump is so much lighter per pound than kingsford. The lump I purchase is twice the size of a standard 24lb Kingsford bag ( Sams ) Since this is the case the cost isnt so much different.

I dont know how it would take all the fun away. I ment only for it to be the topics that are covered from the front page and maybe some of the great threads that have popped up here. I must admit I find myself rereading some of the topics covered and discovering new ones I did not see before...

I'm up here in the Keller area and for those interested in the DFW area, our local "Feed and Seed" on Denton Hwy, has brand called R&R 100% Natural Hardwood for 14.95$ a 20lb bag. I bought a bag and I really like it. If anyone is interested I can post some pictures of the bag and contents. Thanks
