    Do I leave the propane tank connected at all times?

    I've had my q120 for a couple of years, and I keep the cylinder connected, and haven't had any problems. I think if you keep unscrewing and rescrewing, the threads of the cylinder holder will become worn.

    I've had my q120 now for almost two years, and it has taken a back seat to my other grills. And since day one, I was having problems with the electronic ignition. Duh, it was me, not the weber q. Finally have fiqured it out, I don't know why it took me so long, but it starts up like a dream...

    I just tried it on my WSM, while I was smoking beef ribs and swordfish. The temp was 225, I EVOO, and applied Emeril's original essence. Kept them on for two hours. Heaven!

    How do you clean...

    My WSM was being stored outside in humid Southwest Florida with the cover on it, and it developed mold. Then I took it under cover on the lanai, and have it uncovered with the top vent open, and it has been okay. But I worry about the little critters outside that could get in.

    Thanks everyone for your techniques, and inner temperature times. I pulled off these thick 2 inch pork chops at 145, and let them sit for 10 minutes and they were just delish!!!

    Men who can't grill?

    Even though this is for the men who can't grill thread, I had to respond. I started grilling about 5 years ago, after I moved to Florida. I started with a Thermos charcoal grill. Looks like the OTG. Always struggled with lighting it, being afraid of lighting fluid, I stayed away from it...

    Just did this last night. I'm not a pork chop lover, but I think I've been converted. I used two extra thick cut pork chops, about 2", bone in. Put the pork chops in the marinade for about 2 hours. Got my charcoal grill going at 450. Put them direct heat each side about 8-10 minutes total...
