    I bought 20 bags of these, but they don’t burn nearly as hot as KBB. Even with all vents 100% it’s tough to maintain 225°

    Clearance sale. $3.90 usually ~ $20. I got 10, going back for 10 more tomorrow. Would have got more but that’s all I could fit in my Prius.

    Prime Rib on 26.75 rotisserie

    Doing a Prime Rib on the 26 rotisserie for Christmas. Hope to update as it happens. Salted and put in refrigerator wrapped for 2 days, last night unwrapped. Plan is to cook for ~ 1.5 hours to 125 F. Take off and let rest, carve and serve. Nice and easy. Some people might like more well...

    Small turkey on 26 rotisserie

    Cooked a 10 lb turkey on the 26 kettle with Cajun Bandit rotisserie. Used 1 1/2 charcoal starters of briquettes in a U shape, temp on lid was 400° when I started. It only took 1.5 hours to cook.
