    Smoked up some fresh brats and a few thick cut pork chops. Really windy and cold out today I was a little nervous. Right at 225 with all vents on the bottom closed all the way, top open all the way. Turned out so good, I used two apple chunks.:cool: [/URL][/IMG]

    I have three other weber grills. I think my favorite is the kettle. So much better then the gas one I have.

    Hello from Minnesota

    Just picked up a WSM yesterday. Going to break it in today with some ribs. Wow 12 degrees outside and it is holding right at 250.
