    Hello Everyone, Being a lifelong Weber Kettle user, I bought a 22.5 Smokey Mtn. Last Saturday. Hurried home from the stor, assembled the bad boy and fired it up. Put a couple of chickens (4halves) for a test run........turn red out great! Did a 15lbs prime rib (no bones) Thanksgiving...
