I just entered into a chili contest at our local pub for this Sundays game with Judges and all! I can only bring one chili and there is plenty of great recipes on this site. Can I ask if I have one shot can I have your favorite choice! Thanks everyone!!
Just wondering, I have smoked about 5 turkeys now using the apple brine method, but if I didn't have the time to brine, can I smoke the turkey un-brined. What would be the difference if I didn't brine?

I did use this in conjuncion with a rub. Just the basic 1/4 brown sugar, 2 tablespoons Paprika, 1 tablespoon chili powder, but I did another rack with no rub and they both tasted pretty well the same. I had planned to smoke the ribs with the rub and glaze...

Here's a recipe for barbeque sauce I have been using for sometime now. Friends love it. Here goes! Just add all these ingredients together in a pot on the stove just till sauce is warmed than cool.
