Good looking cook. Try the Weber gourmet grates, you have to buy the package but the grates are much thicker than stock Weber. I was ready to go to CI (and still will someday) till my wife bought me the gourmet sear grate. Weber should offer those grates in all sizes.

Congrats Tom, mine is only nearing a year old and I can't imagine not having it as an cooking option.
