    First real rib smoke

    Just a Sunday rib smoke, my first real one where I am actually looking and trying to perfect my technique and flavors. And..my first bottle of homemade sauce. Sweet and some what spicy, need to kick it up a bit.

    Recent cooks on my WSM 18.5 and new ATC

    Here a couple of cooks Ive done recently.... Turkey breast. 325 for two hours. pork shoulder, 250 for 14 hours overnight.

    Rib racks for WSM 18.5

    Any suggestions on rib racks for the WSm 18.5? I have the combo rib/roast rack from weber, but it really doesn't fit to well. Planning a first annual rib fest in my backyard in a few week and want to maximize my space. Thanks!

    Hello form Indiana

    Well, was going to name my post hello from indy but someone beat me to it. Just recieved a new 18.5 WSM for fathers day, can't wait to cook with it. Unfortunately, I recieved the 22" legs......now the wait begins.
