    Hello form Spring TX

    Have had an 18 smoker for about a year and got it mainly to smoke ribs and I'm getting pretty good at it. Next is brisket then pork shoulder. Mike

    Reloading Charcoal in an 18.5" WSM

    I use the door as a chute and pour the charcoal from the chimney right in then spread with some long tongs. Simple.
