I bought one two years ago and I personally like it, works great then using my rotisserie etc.

I user cherry and apple. Cherry gives is a nice dark brown, tanned, look

Instead of using sliced Swiss, I bought a chunk of Swiss and cut it into thick pieces. It is now my favorite, for now, smoked cheese.

Try smoking some Swiss cheese, I did a few weeks ago and I really liked Swiss smoked.
