    Giant Grill Gauge.

Supposedly it's made in the USA. I would remove it when using a vortex, (prolly fry the lectrics), but that combustion engine looks interesting for a WSM.

Coffee Beans what's in your grinder ???

I have not seen that one, must be a seasonal blend like their beers. I order my coffee online from Sam's, Peet's Major Dickason's ( Dark Roast) and Cameron's Organic Scandinavian ( Med Dark ) Free shipping on orders of 50 buck's. Prices have jumped like 5 bucks a bag..

    WSM 18 Cart

The top vent location is a dead giveaway on those older performers and kettles' 18 vent is parallel with the handle while the 22 is in line. Like this.

OK I have a STINKY situation HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is that some BX electric cable on the right? Maybe go down in the basement and see if it comes up in that area. If so that could be a way something crawled up. You can seal around it with some caulk.

Grill marks are like smoke rings, nice to look at, but do nothing for taste.

OK I have a STINKY situation HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

Does the closet have baseboard trim? That's usually 3" tall. You have a bottom plate on the wall 1 1/2" so you could drill some inspection holes like 2" above the floor. When all done replace the trim and no drywall to patch ( If you don't find anything )

My baloney has a first name.

First time trying this, Well worth the time because the taste is fantastic. Store bought isn't even close. Owens seasoning rocks! Need to try Lebanon and ring next, maybe olive loaf. Gonna make some fried bologna with grilled onion sandos with melted cheese.
