    Long night for these butts!

About 9.6-10hrs in, threw on some taters.... Like a dummy, I didn't lift the lid high enough and scraped some goodies off of one.... Looks like I scraped some off both, don't know where that spot came from on the one on the right...

You're filling your propane tanks right, not exchanging?

I used to go to a local welding supply shop, they were about 1/2 of exchanging.....when I wanted a nicer looking tank, I'd exchange! ;)

    Long night for these butts!

They are on! I love how the IQ110 acts like a supercharger to get it up to temp quickly. First butt: mustard base to act as a binder, Rub Some Butt, then dissolved Rub Some Butt in apple juice and injected, hickory chunks, water in pan, 225 on IQ110 Second butt: mustard base to act as a...

    What year is this Summit?

When I bought my 670 it was NG. I really didn't want to fool with it. After I took the time to run the line, etc, it has been great. It's just simple.

    One more sacrilegious post

Man, you're not a kiddin. The stuff we used to do would probably have the ATF, homeland security and quit a few other departments showing up nowadays. My how things have changed in just 25 years...

Time to say later to an old friend and HELLO to a new one

Before long you'll have one of each of their line up :) I love all of mine. Shoot, I even live the chargrilled flavor gas produces and like using a quality tool, using my weber gas is a pleasure.

    One more sacrilegious post

Mainly on burgers...not so much on steak... And I miss the huge flames it produces and if it's not enough, squirt it a little more until it's burning out the bottom vents....sort of like my avatar ;)

    One more sacrilegious post

....while I'm at it and digging my self a hole, making enemies and about to get booted off here. But, am I the ONLY one on here that misses the smell and slightly different taste using lighter fluid produces? Did I really just say that? Out loud? Crap! Hahaha... Honestly though, when a...

Starting the weekend with Gourmet Burgers

I love everything grilling and BBQ but I'll have to say I really love a good burger. I like them over gas grills, charcoal, any wood fire and even (gasp) lighter fluid and match light.

Charcoal: Another one of my crazy questions

Some good points in here; I'm a DIYer by nature but the prospect of making my own, at this point in my life- is a definite no! I'll fire up the mini- I'm isially crazy busy and like not to reload the coals but it's manageable. Haha, I was just curious how some fellow grillers thought about it...

    Score

Quick thought. I worked retail for a long time. I would think he would sell it at his cost. But on the other hand, I would think there would be that kind of mark up on a specialty item. Hmmm just curious.

    hello fro nj

Welcome! I thought I would be happy with my 22.5 kettle when I came here. Quit a bit of money and an addiction to Weber products later, I now have a variety of toys. So, get ready to amend your birthday and Christmas lists. Haha...everyone here is fun to deal with and helpful!
