    I'm really pleased with the black IPA. It's my second batch, so I'm in the same boat you are. I use Party Pig kegs instead of bottling, and I still have about 1 (which is a case) to go. Hoping to brew my third this weekend while the WSM is chugging away -- sounds like a great Saturday...

    Great pictures Jeff! I didn't realize they made disposable food service gloves that small, but I hope I remember that in a few years. The sausage looks great to me, especially on that sandwich.

    I was thinking the same thing. A little bulkier than a Smokey Joe, but the capacity is superior. Awesome cooks Josh! I don't know if I can pick a favorite, but that chop is calling my name too.

    Looks great to me, Ted. Try brining to cure next time, rather than rubbing, and see if you get more flavors in the pork. I did a fair amount of herbs in my last batch of CB and the flavors really came through.
