    Four Big Butts

I've done four butts at the time five times and they all get finished about the same time. I put the probe in one on the bottom. Once that gets to the temp I want I know the other is done or just a little hotter. I would rather know the top ones are more done than wondering if the bottom ones...

    Weber Chimney

I don't think you need starters. And I found that newspaper ash never really burnt all the way doown and I would have sah all over as I poured out the coals. That is why I switched to spryaing pam on two-three paper towels. Try it once and you will never use newspaper again.

    Weber Chimney

The best way to light the chimney is to spray Pam on two paper towles, both sides, and light them under the chimney. Cheap and always works!

    Desperate for Rib Help

I agree with Jay. I did a rub and let it sit overnight once and they were hammy. Now I dust them right before I throw them on and that problem is gone.

    Need some dumb advice

I just used my new Weber one touch gold 22.5 for the first time last night. I was grilling ribeyes about 1.25-1.5 inches thick. I fired up my weber chimney and dumped the coals when lit on top...a little ashy. I moved the coals to one side leaving one area area for indirect if needed. Here...

    Home Depot and old Kingsford

Tom, This was the home depot on Midlothian Turnpike close to Chesterfield Mall....Carmia Way. I think they had four or so more packages. I would check the one on Broad Street well as the one on Hull Street near Brandermill as well.

    20 hour butt

I cannot imagine having my WSM just sitting there being lonely for a couple of months. Maybe out of spite your WSM had a mind of its own and took out revenge on you and your PB? They must be treated like a member of the family. Anyway, glad the PB turned out ok for you. Good luck on a...
