I read the 3 reviews - I would NOT buy the pizza stone if one side id defaced. What I would do is buy a 22"x0.75" coirderite (sp?) kiln shelf - cost about $50 from a LOCAL pottery ship (no shipping, its heavy) Are you on pizzamaking.com?

I realized that I have enough scrap in my backyard to build a 22.5" Redhead and she will have a silver flashing midriff with a 21.5 cordierite stone on top of the flashing (on a couple of long bolts) all covered with the red weber top. I will take pics :wsm:

I like to use lump in my WSM - I have wired to the charcoal ring and two charcoal grates turned at 90 degrees. Makes it easy to shake off ash and keeps small pieces from falling through.

I love my doggie, If I suspect the meat is bad, she does NOT get it but folks have thawed meat by leaving it out of eons, its probably safer than the way most of us drive 8)
