    I never had this before, but since I made a roast beef today, I thought it might be good. We had ordered a 1/2 cow during the summer, so I'm not exactly sure what cut of meat this is. It was simply labeled "Round Roast. I made brusell sprouts with bacon and scalloped potatoes on the side...

    Ribs with Ribs

    Decided to make bbq spare ribs and have a go at Dragon Ribs. For the bbq ribs, I used Country Head spice and sauce. I smoked them with a combination of oak and cherry. Spiced..... Into the smoker (CyberQ in the background)..... Plated.... Thanks for looking!

    smoking with juniper

    I've heard of it being used, but never did myself. actually, it was a recipe for Westphalia ham. I think juniper falls into a pine-like category, and is soft.
