    Big porking mistake

    I use one of these,it works very well! It's an OXO fat seperate my wife got for me at Bed,Bath and Beyond. After I seperate the fat I drizzle little of the juice on the PP ,and freeze the rest for reheating.

    I don't know if this will help but I got one end in and start turning the grommet guiding it around the track, like you would a bicycle chain. Good luck! And welcome to the Forum!

    Newer WSM, Top grate not sitting on all 4 contact points

    Hi J, I have a newer 18 WSM and have the similar situation. My grate on the WSM came worped. I'm not at home right now so I can't post any pics, but I also have an 18 OTS grill with a hinged grate like you see on the 22's. The hinged grate is a better fit, no fabrication required! Hope this...
