That looks like the perfect comfort food for any cold evening! Love the lazy soup-eating position, complete with Star Wars pajama pants!! After you ate that, you probably didn't move for quite while, correct? :) I made some chicken and rice soup from a leftover smoke-roasted chicken I had...

    Charcoal Storage

I still have mine in the original bag, and just tip the bag to dispense into my starters when needed. I also keep it in the garage up off the concrete in case any water happens to creep in. But, if you don't have that option, just about any Rubbermaid or plastic container will work great...

    Smokey Joe?

Lance - yes, I have a Smokey Joe Silver, and I love to cook smaller amounts of food than what I would normally use my One Touch Silver. If I don't need to heat up my larger kettle, I just go for the mini kettle. I've used it for both direct and indirect cooks (mostly sausages and one or two...

    Sweet Potatoes

First, I want to apologize that I only have this one picture of this entire cook, but the sweet potatoes were the only thing cooked on a grill for Thanksgiving Dinner 2013! I traveled with my wife and kids to Boise for the week of Thanksgiving, and I helped my Mom brine her 23-lb. bird a few...
