I'm more of a fan of the fancy setup you have to protect the electronics on top of the cooler!!! Neat set-up. BUT the food looks great too.

I used the lamp rod mod for my probe and I can put 4 Maverick ET-732 probes through it and 2 off brand ones at same time. I think the issue you were reading about is the eyelet from here :http://cajunbandit.com/wsm-parts-mods/ The 1/4" eyelet will not work wit the Maverick ET-732 but the 3/8"...

Thats why I bought a bigger one finally after my debating over the two. I knew it would be used for smaller to mid size cooks but a few times over the summer I would fill it up. I have a 18" charcoal ring I can throw in there for smaller cooks or use the 22 for bigger ones. Our local Food Lions...

Checked two Lowes today looking for parts for a house project and none had them. Both of them had pallets of Cowboy sitting in the place of the stubbs. I asked a floor person and they said Lowes wasn't carrying it anymore....They do carry the Stubbs sauces in a display in the main isle though so...
