Limited Edition Weber Original Kettle Premium 22" in RED!! Order by May 12!

I thought I missed my shot at the item until I saw Weber advertising it over the weekend on social media. I was wondering why they were rubbing my nose in the fact I couldn't get one. Now I see they are at Lowe's. I am really tempted to get one to head to my Weber family. Would be perfect...

    NEW! HD Weber Q

I am assuming the college colors ones sell well, so they are trying to branch out. I am fine with my simple black one I got at Wal-Mart, lol.

    no one?

I bought one about 2 weeks ago at Walmart on clearance. It was pretty much an impulse buy. I have really enjoyed it so far. Quick meals that don't require me to fire up the Performer are perfect for it. I should have pulled the trigger on it sooner.

Weber Summit Charcoal Grill and Summit Charcoal Grilling Center - New for 2016

It looks amazing. But 2,000 is too much for my budget. There are sure to be some people who buy it and have buyer's remorse down the line. I'll start hunting CL and try to get lucky.

Top 5 Restaurants: BBQ on Food Network

Killen's is about an hour away from me, but I haven't ever gone down to check it out. I have Corkscrew BBQ and Godfather's nearby my house. Corkscrew is highly regarded as well. So highly regarded that there is a 2 hour line on the weekends. I don't like BBQ that much.

    KBB On Sale At Lowe's

BBQ Cultures: Cool Weber interactive website

I do like the fact that Weber is pushing the culture of BBQ, not only it's products.

    McCormick buys Stubb's

This line - "We look forward to working with the Stubb's employees to drive increased sales and profit for this business," gave me moment of pause. That implies that there will be changes. I would hope the only change is to improve distribution, but that never happens in situations like this...

    McCormick buys Stubb's

I know we have some Stubb's fans here. I am not sure how I feel about it. Hopefully nothing changes with the company. I love their sauces, marinades and charcoal. But great for the Stubblefield family. Has to feel good to get that kind of payday for something you created...

    Project Smoke coming to PBS

Thanks for posting! I set my DVR. I can't get enough of well-made BBQ shows. I see Myron Mixon is getting his own show as well

I look forward to seeing the rest of the cook! I love, love over night/early morning cooks!

Getting my Mojo Back, Thanks Tuffy!

I think it was about 205. That was one thing, I did the "toothpick test" instead of worrying about temp. When a toothpick slid in and out all over the brisket with ease, I knew it was done. I think that in the past I was a bit too reliant on temperature and not being patient.

    A recipe and recent meals

Great looking meal. I know it tasted even better.

Getting my Mojo Back, Thanks Tuffy!

Thanks man, it was quite a relief to get some good brisket after a few failures in a row. I was at 225-275 the entire cook. It remained at around 250 most of the cook. I did no wrapping, no injections, no spraying either. As I said in my post, the rain/humidity of the day/evening may have...

Getting my Mojo Back, Thanks Tuffy!

Hello all, I haven't posted in awhile but I have been putting my Webers to use. I got into a bit of a slump with my brisket though. I never thought it was tender/moist enough. This lasted for a couple of months really. Then recently at the Houston Rodeo Cookoff I ran into Tuffy Stone. We...

    KBB Home Depot possible sale

I'm not running low and really don't need to buy any...but I just cleaned out my garage and have spare space so I should fill it up with KBB!

    Late night, sloppy ribs

That looks like a good idea. I am going to have to look into that. I think I saw it at bed, Bath and Beyond. I hate to turn on my flood lights in my backyard late night/early morning. I am somewhat considerate of my neighbors. Plus the lights on my house cast such shadows that I can't see...
