Thanks everyone! Tony---- sorry brother, I couldn't dig up a pic of my setup. Basically just spread coals in a circle ring on the outside of the grill so there is an empty circle in the middle where the stone goes. Temp in my performer with that setup reads usually 350-400 depending on...

Got the idea on this from Myron mixons latest book. Take your rib leftovers and peel the meat off and make a sandwich! Rib meat, pickles, BBQ sauce, and whatever else you want (onions, cheese, tomato) Kept mine simple---- rib meat, hot and spicy pickles, and BBQ sauce. Love this new idea for...

Cooked up a quick pizza last night. Cooked up on the performer with kingsford blue and a couple mesquite chunks for added flavor. Placed a full chimney of coals spread out along the edge in a ring for indirect heat and placed the stone in the middle. Cooking time was about 17 minutes. Store...

    Making my 22.5" wsm mine!

Biggest thing is put masking tape over where you are drilling. This keeps paint from chipping and protects from scratches. Also be sure to mark your start to the hole with a center punch to get the hole started. Always start with a small bit and step up. I use a kwik step bit which is very...
